Peppo’s has created our unique franchise program for an owner operator who is looking for a hands-on business venture. This isn’t a side hustle! It takes GUTS to run a successful restaurant! Are you ready to join in our success? Below is the outline of how you can join the ownership team today.

Step 1

Step 2
Submit an inquiry using the franchising inquiry form below

Step 3
Complete our confidential application.

Step 4
The corporate team will review your application and answer any of your questions.

Step 5
Participate in a Peppo’s Subs “day in the life” exploratory day and interview. For this you will come to our original location in Palos Hills, Illinois. You will spend the day with Peppos owners and franchise team watching and learning how Peppo's Subs runs. A successful “day in the life” will ensure we are both a great fit for each other!

Step 6
Do a market survey and discovery in your desired markets. Complete the formal survey of your desired market. Spend a day with Peppo Jr. in the target market(s).

Step 7
Sign License agreements and complete purchase.

Step 8
All necessary orientation and hands-on training will take place to prepare you for opening your own Peppo’s Subs location. You will receive all the support and structure needed to ensure that you can open your doors confidently and successfully! During this time, you will also begin the construction and build out of your new business. Our teams will be hands-on with you during the whole process.

Step 9
Family & Friends weekend test run, followed by a Soft Opening.

Step 10
